Realtor Support Page
First and foremost, thank you for your continued efforts to improve the quality of life in Elkhart by providing people with pathways to homeownership. Establishing a home in Elkhart is an excellent decision for any family, and we are happy to support your efforts in selling homes in Elkhart. We recognize that a school district is one of the most important criteria for a potential homebuyer when considering where to buy a home. We hope the following information will be useful to you in helping homebuyers recognize the excellence of Elkhart Community Schools, and provide a tool for those selling homes in the Elkhart Community Schools district.
School Boundaries
One of the most common requests we hear from realtors is school verification. We are excited to introduce an online address look-up tool:
- Address Look-up Tool
- Once you’ve looked up the three schools for your home, please see below to print one-page highlights of each school.
- If a home is on the edge of the school boundary, we encourage you to verify by contacting our student services department at 574-262-5540.
- For information on School Walk Zones, please see our Transportation page.
School District Literature
For all literature, please click on the image to open a high-resolution PDF version, suitable for printing.
We are happy to introduce a comprehensive 16-page district brochure for realtor use. This brochure highlights the academic programs at Elkhart Community Schools, including AP class offerings, dual credit offerings, and CTE (career technical education) programs. The brochure also highlights travel opportunities at the district, as well as athletic and club offerings.
Professionally printed copies can be ordered through the following link: link to form. We are happy to mail or drop copies off at your office.
We have also created single-page flyers for all 21 schools in our district. It is our hope that when you are selling a home, you will consider printing a flyer for the home’s elementary, middle, and high school to include in your folders, so potential buyers can have a better understanding of the schools where the home resides.
